By entering the competition, you accept the following Terms & Conditions.

Entry Conditions

Worldwide entries accepted. To qualify entrants must:

1. Upload an image or video of themselves to Instagram.
2. Use the hashtag #actconfidentchallenge in their caption and tag @sarahs_day and @whitefoxboutique.
3. Make sure their Instagram account is public in order for entry to qualify.

Prize

A total of 20 winners will:

1. Receive 4x Sarah’s Day x White Fox Active complete outfits (this includes an outfit from the brand new, unreleased collection).
2. Feature digitally in the upcoming Sarah’s Day x White Fox Boutique campaign, which will be featured across both the @sarahs_day + @whitefoxboutique Instagram accounts across a series of days.
3. Prize fulfillment is subject to availability and may differ from promotional images and information.
4. White Fox Boutique reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the prize in its sole discretion, unless such substitution is prohibited by law.
5. Prizes are non-transferable and White Fox Boutique need not substitute a prize based on a winner’s request.

Winner Selection

1. 20 potential winners will be selected on or about 15th February 2021 AEDT.
2. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted via DM on Instagram by White Fox Boutique.
3. Potential winners will be required to provide proof of age.
4. If under the age of 18 years old, entrants will be required to provide parental or guardian consent to take part in the campaign.
5. Each potential winner may be required to provide proof of being the authorised account holder.
6. Once the above is confirmed, entrants will be required to agree to the terms of content creation, handover deadlines and usage rights before being accepted to feature in the Sarah’s Day x White Fox Boutique campaign.
7. Any entrant who fails or refuses to sign and return the required documentation within the time period as specified by White Fox Boutique may be disqualified.
8. If a potential winning entrant is determined by White Fox Boutique to be ineligible, unqualified to participate in this promotion, in violation of these official rules, or does not respond to White Fox Boutique’s correspondence within 24 hours, the potential winning entrant may be disqualified and a new potential winning entrant will be selected from the pool of eligible entries, if time permits.
9. Once the winners eligibility is verified, they will be confirmed as a winner.

Claiming Prize

1. Selected winners will provide White Fox Boutique with their email address to begin correspondence regarding prize delivery and content creation instructions.
2. Prizes will be sent to the winners within 7 days from the date the winners are confirmed.
3. Please allow 2 weeks for the prize delivery from the time a winner provides delivery information to White Fox Boutique.
4. Tracking information will be provided to winners by White Fox Boutique and winners will be responsible for their availability to ensure prize delivery within the content creation deadlines.
5. White Fox Boutique may disqualify a winner and select an alternate winner if any prize is returned undeliverable.
