If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We offer a returns period of 30 days from when the order is placed. If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of placing the Order.
Please note that our returns portal operates in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). All timestamps and deadlines are based on AEST and may differ from your local time.
To submit a return for store credit, click on 'SUBMIT A RETURN' at the top of this page or log into your White Fox account and click 'Return Items' next to your order. Store credit will be issued for all returns, as long as the items comply with our Returns Policy.
Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, unsealed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.
Please note: We do not accept the return of any fake tan, lingerie, socks, earrings, Bubbles and Foxy Friends or most beauty products unless defective or faulty.
All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless they are defective or faulty.
We do not accept the return of Bubble and Foxy Friends.
Keychain packs must be returned in their original packaging.
You cannot return beauty products (other than the Vol. 1 Water Bottle or the Beauty Sleep Luxe Eye Mask) unless they are defective or faulty.
All clothing & swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear as returns will not be accepted if removed (unless defective).
Please return shoes in the original box in a postage bag. The box must be received in original condition to be accepted.
Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.
We offer a returns period of 30 days from when the order is placed.
All returns are processed at our warehouse. Once your return is received, processing time can take 3-4 business days. Please allow extra processing time during high volume periods.
If you are located in the United States, you will be provided with a returns label from our returns portal. Please note, a $9.99 USD label fee will apply.
Please note for some states & territories we are unable to provide a label, you will be provided with our returns address, and will need to cover the cost of the return. Please take your return to the nearest shipping provider or postal office along with your own return label.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return the item to us for a store credit which you can use to place a new order.

If the garment is found to have a manufacturing fault, we are happy to organise a free returns label for you to return the item for a refund, store credit, or a direct replacement.
Please note that White Fox Boutique does not accept returns for garments which have been damaged during wash or wear and tear.

To Return your order please follow the below steps:
You are welcome to place an order as a 'Guest' at checkout. If you have checked out as a 'Guest' and would like to return your item for store credit, click on 'SUBMIT A RETURN' at the top of this page using your order number and email address used for the order. Once we receive and process your return, store credit will be applied to the email address used to place the order. To access the store credit, you will need to 'Register' the account by clicking here.
For orders placed via Klarna, once we receive your return, you’ll be issued a store credit for the final price of the returned item(s). Your Klarna payment plan will continue to be collected according to schedule until the order balance has been paid in full.
Once you have submitted your return through our online portal, unfortunately we are unable to change the outcome.
Please note when you submit your return, you agree to the following checkbox statement: "I have reviewed and confirmed the outcome and selections made on the return portal for my return request."

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will begin processing it. This may take 3-4 business days. After processing, store credit will be added to your account, and you will receive an email with the details of your return.
