If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.
Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.
Customers must cover the postage cost to send the item/s back to us.
All returns are processed once received at our warehouse.
All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless they are defective or faulty.
Please note: We do not accept the return of any fake tan, lingerie, socks or earrings unless defective or faulty.
All clothing & swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear as returns will not be accepted if removed (unless defective).
Please return shoes in the original box in a postage bag. The box must be received in original condition to be accepted.
It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.

Once you have submitted your return through our online portal, unfortunately we are unable to change the outcome.
Please note when you submit your return, you agree to the following checkbox statement: "I have reviewed and confirmed the outcome and selections made on the return portal for my return request."
To return your order just click on 'Submit return' at the top of this page or log into your White Fox account and click 'Return Items' next to your order. All returns are issued with store credit (provided the items are in line with our Returns Policy).

To Return your order please follow the below steps:
Submit a return via our returns page or through your White Fox account.
Make sure your order number and email address is filled in then click ‘Return Items’.
Select the item/s you want to return then click ’next’.
Select your return reason and quantity from the drop down and then click 'next'.
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind and are located in the United States, $9.99 USD label fee will apply, and you’ll receive a prepaid return label through the returns portal.
Download your return label from the returns portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest UPS Post Office or Postal Box.
Please note for some states & territories we are unable to provide a label, you will be provided with our returns address, and will need to cover the cost of the return. Please take your return to the nearest shipping provider or postal office along with your own return label.
For orders placed via Klarna, once we receive your return, you’ll be issued a store credit for the final price of the returned item(s). Your Klarna payment plan will continue to be collected according to schedule until the order balance has been paid in full.
For orders placed using Afterpay, once we receive your return, you will be issued with a store credit for the final price of the item/s. The Afterpay installments will continue to be captured until the order has been paid in full.
You are welcome to place an order as a 'Guest' at checkout. If you have checked out as a 'Guest' and would like to return your item for store credit, click on 'SUBMIT A RETURN' at the top of this page using your order number and email address used for the order. Once we receive and process your return, store credit will be applied to the email address used to place the order. To access the store credit, you will need to 'Register' the account by clicking here.
If you think you have received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the one ordered, please email our Customer Service team as soon as possible atinfo@whitefoxboutique.com. Please attach 2-3 clear photos of the fault.
If the garment is found to have a manufacturing fault, we are happy to organise a free returns label for you to return the item for a refund, store credit, or a direct replacement.
Please note that White Fox Boutique does not accept returns for garments which have been damaged during wash or wear and tear.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will begin processing it. This may take 3-4 business days. After processing, store credit will be added to your account, and you will receive an email with the details of your return.
