Add your birth date to your White Fox account and receive an annual birthday reward. Your birthday reward is issued as a unique code via email and must be entered at checkout to redeem. The code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be used once only per customer. The discount applies to full-priced items only and excludes all sale items and collaboration collections. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

The discount value you receive is based on your membership tier at the time of issue:

Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, unsealed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.

Please note: We do not accept the return of any fake tan, lingerie, socks, earrings, Bubbles and Foxy Friends or most beauty products unless defective or faulty.

All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless they are defective or faulty.

We do not accept the return of Bubble and Foxy Friends.

Keychain packs must be returned in their original packaging.

You cannot return beauty products (other than the Vol. 1 Water Bottle or the Beauty Sleep Luxe Eye Mask) unless they are defective or faulty. 

All clothing & swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear as returns will not be accepted if removed (unless defective). 

Please return shoes in the original box in a postage bag. The box must be received in original condition to be accepted.

Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.
