When your Loyalty Club Level expires, your new Level will be calculated based on your annual spend from the previous 365 days.
If your annual spend meets the requirements of your current Level, you will retain that Level for another 12 months. If not, your Level will be adjusted to reflect the annual spend you have achieved during that period.
Please note: Loyalty Club Members whose Level is downgraded are not eligible to receive the Level Entry Reward.

Regarding returning items & gift cards:

Please note that points can only be reversed if the entire order is returned. Partial returns are not eligible for points reversal.

Your Loyalty Club Level is valid for 12 months from the date you enter that Level. At the end of the 12-month period, your annual spend from the previous 365 days will be reviewed.
If you have not met the annual spend required to retain your current Level, your Loyalty Club Level will be adjusted accordingly.
Your Loyalty Club Level is determined by the amount you spend within the rolling year (according to when you first reached your current Loyalty Club Level).
Club Member - this Level does not have a spend minimum. Everyone joins at this Level.
Level One - you must spend between $500 - $999 USD.
Level Two - you must spend between $1000 - $1999 USD.
Level Three - you must spend $2000 USD or over.
